McDaniels Acura of Newnan is looking for a qualified Parts Counter Specialist to supply our customers with an automotive experience they deserve. Inventory experience and selling automotive parts is necessary.

You will be trained from our Department Managers to learn theMcDaniels approach, as well as the manufacturer. We are looking for true professionals who present in appearance and manners as a professional. Located in Newnan, GA, this role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with a passion for automotive parts and a commitment to maintaining dealership efficiency.
Responsibilities
Assist customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the correct parts for Acura vehicles.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage and organization of parts.
Process orders, returns, and warranty claims timely and accurately.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary parts and ensure timely delivery.
Provide product knowledge training and support to dealership staff when needed.
Maintain a clean and safe parts department work area.
Navigating websites is expected.
Qualifications
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Previous experience in automotive parts counter or related retail environment preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, especially Acura or related brands, is a plus.
Proficiency with inventory management software and computer systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge ofDealertrack andDMS is preferred as well as a knowledge of working with computer and tablets.
