This is a remote position. Incumbents who reside in Florida only may work at home. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Lee Health location.

Summary We are seeking anAdvanced Application Analystwith strongEpic MyChartorAmbulatoryexperience to join ourVirtual Health and Telemedicineteam. This role is responsible for the advanced build, maintenance, optimization, and support of clinical and digital patient-facing applications that enable virtual care delivery.

The Advanced Application Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for assigned systems and initiatives, partnering with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to design, test, and implement solutions that support patient access, engagement, and care delivery. This position plays a key role in application upgrades, integrations, and project go-lives while ensuring system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and enhance Epic MyChart and related virtual health applications

Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and departmental initiatives

Design, build, test, and implement application solutions to meet organizational and patient needs

Develop test scripts, conduct system testing, and support application upgrades and go-lives

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on Epic integrations and enhancements

Troubleshoot issues and manage requests using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

Apply advanced application and analytical skills to improve workflows and digital patient experiences

Required Skills & Qualifications

EpicMyChart or Ambulatory certification or demonstrated proficiency

Strong understanding of the Epic upgrade lifecycle and release management

Knowledge of Epic data courier processesExperience with vendor integrations within Epic

Familiarity with project management / PMO processes

Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools

Solid technical acumen across software and hardware environments

Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare billing infrastructure

Experience supporting digital patient-facing applications

Preferred Experience & Attributes

Epic ClinDoc and/or Ambulatory experience

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Flexible, open to change, and detail-oriented

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience Requirements

Education:Bachelors degree required;5+ years of relevant experience may be substitutedin lieu of a degree

Experience:Minimum of5 years of Information Systems experiencerequired

Certification:Epic MyChart certification strongly preferred

License:Not required
