Bilingual Accounting Clerk (Part-Time) . This role will support day-to-day accounting and administrative functions, working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and timely processing.

Pay Range:
$18–$20/hr DOE
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting and clerical tasks, including data entry and document filing.
Enter and maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems and spreadsheets.
Organize and maintain accounting files, records, and supporting documentation.
Communicate with internal teams regarding invoice questions or missing information.
Assist with general administrative tasks related to the accounting function.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information at all times.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; accounting software experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a part-time, on-site role.
Comfortable working the scheduled afternoon hours on a consistent basis.
