Credence has an immediate opening for a Senior Security Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/WAM) directorate, F-16 division at WPAFB, OH.

F-16 "Viper" AFLCMC/WAM is headquartered at Hill Air Force Base with units located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Tyndall Air Force Base, Eglin Air Force Base, and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The F-16 program has a large Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in U.S. history, with production orders existing through 2030. The program also includes the Multi-National Fighter Program (MNFP). MNFP is a cooperative USAF development program under an MOU, with initial partner countries and expansions over time.

Responsibilities

Assist to provide a wide range of security management, analytical, technical and support services for programs managed by DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, AFLCMC/WA, AFLCMC/WAM, and specific programs

Support as the customer focal point for security, analyze security procedures, and coordinate/recommend solutions on security deficiencies with the assigned government security task lead

Support the implementation of information, personnel and industrial security programs to ensure classified material is protected according to DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, directorate, division and program directives

Assist to conduct implementation of the resource protection, force protection, and anti-terrorism programs IAW DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, directorate, division and program security policy/instructions

Assist personnel with completing personnel security investigation paperwork, review packages for accuracy and assist with tracking personnel security clearances

Assist to develop security requirements into contractual commitments. Administratively assist with the coordination of DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification

Assist to manage and administer the administrative duties of a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) in accordance with DoD 5207.05, Vols 1-4 Security Access Program Nomination Process (SAPNP), and the RMF/DoD Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) or current guidance. Tasks include, but are not limited to, submitting Program Access Requests (PARs), gaining and maintaining accreditation as required and managing the self-inspection program

Assist with maintaining/accounting for and destroying Communications Security (COMSEC) material

Assist to conduct technical evaluations of Automated Information Systems (AIS) and other electronic equipment, which has electronic storage capability or processes classified data, to include Special Access Required (SAR) information

Assist to evaluate AIS Standard Practice Procedures (SPPs)

Assist to manage and perform the administrative duties of a special access program to include but not be limited to, submitting PARs, gaining and maintaining accreditation as required, and managing the self-inspection program

Assist to maintain an appropriately classified computerized database of Government and DoD Contractor personnel with access to the SAR programs as identified by individual task orders

Assist to perform administrative tasks as necessary to support security functions and shall have strong analytical writing skills to successfully document program security methods and decisions

Support end of day safety and security checks for assigned facilities. Comply with applicable requirements outlined in AFI 31-401 AFMCSUP and AFI 31-601 AFMCSUPI, including VGSA as appropriate

Support opening and securing/alarming various SPO secure rooms and vaults at the beginning and end of each duty day, including non-duty hours to alarms as needed

Assist in the development and document recommended program protection and system security input for SOOs, SOWs, PWS, RFPs, and CDRLs

Identify security issues and recommend changes to DoD, USAF, AFMC, AFLCMC, WA Directorate, WAM Division and program security policy/instructions for Government security lead consideration

Assist in conducting analyses of procedures regarding handling, controlling, storage and disposition of classified or critical weapon system hardware

Develop program specific System Security Requirements

Act as security advisor to the SSWG or other security-related IPTs, for the preparation of program security standards and meeting minutes/document actions

Assist with transition of DoD and Air Force policy to design-to and test-to specifications, and SSE requirements into functional requirements

Assist with system security assessments to emphasize front-end system security management

Provide advisory and draft documentation for a System Security Concept of Operation (SSCO) based on threat definition, vulnerability analyses and existing security systems

Assist in planning and analyzing tailored security plans for protection of systems during test and evaluation, and propose changes to security test procedures

Review program threats and conduct vulnerability analyses to define security functional requirements and integrate physical security countermeasures and detection devices

Continuously analyze the adequacy of weapon system security planning and physical security standards, reporting discrete areas of concern

Provide support for integrating security processes to protect weapon systems during lifecycle

Identify CPI and conduct criticality analysis for assigned programs, advising on cost-effective security countermeasures

Provide advisory assistance in evaluating security procedures across AFLCMC programs

Provide administrative support to security operational functions and briefings

Requirements

Clearance: Top Secret

Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the respective discipline, with at least five in the DoD or

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of experience in the respective discipline, with at least five in the DoD or

Fifteen years of directly related experience with proper certifications, eight of which must be in the DoD

Must have a minimum of 10 years Security experience

Recommend Level 1 certified in the Defense Security Service (DSS) SPED Program or other DSS training pertaining to information, personnel, industrial and physical security programs
