Staff Accountant
to join their team. This is an on-site role offering exposure to balance sheet accounting, accounts payable, and process improvement within a growing organization.

Responsibilities
Performing month-end journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
Completing monthly bank reconciliations
Supporting month-end close in partnership with the Controller
Processing full-cycle Accounts Payable, including vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Assisting with cost accounting, inventory, and budget preparation
Providing documentation and support for external auditors
Preparing ad hoc financial reports and assisting with process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
4–5 years of general accounting experience (public accounting experience welcomed)
Experience with an accounting system other than QuickBooks
Exposure to BI tools preferred
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
This on-site position and compensation ranges from $70,000–$85,000.
