Staff Accountant . This position plays a critical role in month‑end close, reporting, consolidations, and financial analysis across multiple business units. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in GAAP, experience with ERP systems, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Responsibilities For The Staff Accountant Position
Perform monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and close processes in compliance with GAAP
Prepare consolidated financial statements across multiple entities, including intercompany adjustments
Analyze financial results and trends; report key findings and variances to leadership
Partner with FP&A to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in financial reporting and analysis
Assist in preparing monthly internal reporting packages and bank deliverables
Support annual audit preparation and provide documentation to external auditors
Participate in ad hoc projects and financial initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree accompanied with experience
2+ years of progressive general ledger focused accounting experience; multi‑entity experience preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting practices
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms
Advanced Excel skills required (lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross‑functionally
Salary:
$60,000–$75,000 + Competitive Benefits
