PARTS MANAGER

What You'll Do
Manage ordering, receiving, issuing, and inventory control of parts and shop supplies for a diverse fleet of ~2,200 vehicles and equipment
Oversee daily parts room operations, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficient service to technicians and departments
Coordinate purchasing, auto-orders, warranties, returns, and vendor relationships to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness
Enter and maintain accurate records in Faster software and inventory systems
Lead, train, and support parts personnel while assisting Fleet leadership with supervision and performance oversight
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of experience in the automotive or equipment industry
Advanced knowledge of automotive, truck, and construction equipment parts
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, documentation, and purchasing processes
Valid Indiana driver's license and ability to operate cars and trucks
