Job Description
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
The Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist will be responsible for building analytics solutions, dashboards, and data pipelines that provide real‑time business visibility and actionable insights.
This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to support strategic and operational decision‑making through data‑driven analysis and automation.
Responsibilities
Build dashboards and reports to support business visibility and performance.
Analyze program schedules, sourcing data, shop floor data, and financial information.
Provide data insights to support strategic and operational planning.
Develop and maintain executive and program review KPIs for real‑time visibility and decision‑making.
Support measurement and evaluation of supply chain initiatives.
Enhance BI tools and systems such as Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and other licensed tools.
Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable and sustainable data delivery.
Automate manual reporting and repetitive system processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Partner with Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Requirements / Must Have
Experience delivering end‑to‑end BI solutions from stakeholder requirements through proof of concept to project completion.
Strong SQL and SQL backend skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools.
Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric.
Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Graduate degree.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in BI, analytics, data science, dashboarding, business intelligence, or process automation.
Experience with AI/ML platforms such as Palantir Foundry preferred.
Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
Skills

Python or R (preferred).
