Job Description Job Summary The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance business visibility, streamline processes, and support executive decision-making. This role involves building dashboards, KPIs, and reports using tools such as Power BI and Palantir Foundry, while ensuring actionable insights are delivered to stakeholders across Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities Analytics & Insights
Build dashboards and reports to support business visibility and performance.
Analyze program schedules, sourcing data, shop floor operations, and financial information.
Provide data insights to support strategic and operational planning.
KPI Development & Performance Management
Develop and maintain KPIs for executive and program reviews to enable real-time visibility and decision-making.
Support the measurement and evaluation of supply chain initiatives.
Systems, Pipelines & Process Optimization
Enhance BI tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Palantir Foundry, SAP S/4 HANA).
Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable and sustainable data delivery.
Automate manual reporting and repetitive processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaboration & Business Partnership
Partner with cross-functional teams across Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Ba chelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience, OR Graduate degree with 2 years of related experience, OR minimum 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience with Palantir Foundry and SAP S/4 HANA (required).
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools.
Strong SQL/backend skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
Proven ability to build and maintain scalable data pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Experience in BI, analytics, data science dashboarding, or process automation.
Familiarity with BI systems such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric.
Experience taking stakeholder requirements from vision through proof of concept to project completion.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization best practices.
Certifications (if any)
