What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Act as a contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders
Manage the compliance process and documentation requirements for all vendors
Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies, industry compliance, and regulatory requirements
Oversee the standard vendor onboarding process and maintain vendor profiles
Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide feedback to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
2-5 years of related title experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills for effective vendor and customer partnerships
Residential and commercial title experience, including title examination
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Negotiation skills with the ability to manage customer needs during vendor negotiations
Knowledge of products, state regulations, and guidelines
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions within defined procedures
Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload
