What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as a contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders
Manage the compliance process and documentation for all vendors
Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Oversee the vendor onboarding process and manage contract life cycles
Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide coaching opportunities to vendors
What is Required (Qualifications)
2-5 years of related title experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills and ability to partner effectively with vendors and customers
Experience in residential and commercial title, including title examination
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of state regulations and guidelines related to title services
Strong negotiation skills to manage customer needs during vendor negotiations
Ability to analyze data and make decisions within defined procedures
Experience prioritizing workload and handling multiple tasks efficiently
