Interim FP&A Analyst
to support a high-impact project during a critical growth and transition phase. This role will involve complex financial modeling and analysis to assist with strategic initiatives, including a major transaction and a new business offering. Job Title: Interim FP&A Analyst Location: Tempe, AZ - onsite 5 days per week (no exceptions) Pay Rate: $50 - $60 per hour Project Duration: 6-12 months Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support requests from external partners and senior FP&A leadership Provide detailed analysis and reporting for external users Deliver accurate, timely reporting and insights for strategic decision making Act as the primary resource for advanced Excel-based modeling and analysis Contribute to other ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications
BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience in financial analysis roles Advanced Excel expertise
- strong proficiency in INDEX MATCH and other advanced functions Proven ability to handle complex modeling independently
