Standard Qualifications
Licensing & Certification Valid Crane Operator Certification (NCCCO) [National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators] For Hydraulic Telescopic Boom, Swing Cab Experience Minimum 2–5 years of crane operation experience Depending on the complexity of the crane and job site Proven experience operating hydraulic telescopic swing cab cranes Knowledge & Skills Thorough understanding of load charts, rigging, and lifting plans Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and ANSI/ASME standards Mechanical aptitude and basic crane maintenance knowledge Physical & Mental Requirements Physically fit (good vision, hearing, depth perception, and hand-eye coordination) Comfortable working in various weather conditions Excellent situational awareness and spatial judgment Drug-free with ability to pass pre-employment and random drug tests Soft Skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and high safety awareness Ability to follow instructions and respond to emergencies calmly Optional but Valuable Add-ons OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification First Aid/CPR Certification Signal Person & Rigger Certification Experience with computerized crane systems CDL Driver’s License Employment Details Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $28 - $38 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No Seniority level
