Food & Beverage Expeditor - Ale Haus at WarHorse Gaming. The Food & Beverage Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations between the kitchen and service staff. This position is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and monitoring food orders to guarantee timely and accurate delivery, supporting the overall guest experience. Wage is $16.00 /Hr. We are looking for Day and Swing shifts, Full Time. Essential Job Functions/Duties
Practice, support, and uphold WarHorse Gaming’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Maintain expo line setup and cleanliness in compliance with health and safety standards. Communicate effectively between the kitchen and service staff regarding orders and modifications. Ensure food items are prepared according to standards and presented correctly before leaving the kitchen. Assist with final garnishes, plate checks, and assembling complete orders for service staff. Maintain strong awareness of menu knowledge, including ingredients and dietary concerns. Organize and prioritize incoming orders using KDS or printed tickets. Work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Specifications
Must be at least 19 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or related role preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure. Ability to remain professional and calm in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations. Comfortable using technology such as mobile devices or kitchen display systems (KDS). Certifications & Licensing
Food Handler and/or ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain. TIPS Alcohol Certification may be required depending on outlet needs. Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License. Benefits
