SUMMARY Responsible for entering and monitoring World & Ancient Coins inventory, administering modern coin programs, and processing and tracking consignments.

LOCATION South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

COMPENSATION Compensated based on experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process purchase orders and conduct price verification

Receive and process consignments

Communicate with clients on direct web sales

Inputs item information into the inventory system accurately for tracking

Assists in scheduling, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting physical inventories within the required time

Requirements SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Experience as a Purchaser or Procurement Coordinator is preferred but not required

Must be highly proficient in basic Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

High ability to multitask, excellent attention to detail

High willingness to learn with a positive attitude

WORK ENVIRONMENT Individuals must be able to work in a very fast‑paced and team‑focused office environment.
