Role Summary Quantum Surgical Incorporated has entered into an agreement with Johnson & Johnson to acquire the NEUWAVE business. The transaction is anticipated to be completed in Q1 2026, subject to legal and regulatory approvals. NeuWave Medical®, a division of Ethicon, LLC and a member of the Johnson & Johnson family, is recruiting an Account Manager for Nashville, TN. The territory includes Georgia and Alabama.

Responsibilities & Position Expectations

Develop and execute business plans to drive utilization in existing NeuWave Medical accounts.

Recruit new users, educate referring physicians, and conduct training of physicians and staff on NeuWave’s probe portfolio, service agreements, system upgrades, and second systems.

Generate disposable, equipment, and service sales through ongoing account relationship management.

Manage all aspects of the customer selling lifecycle to achieve consistent, profitable sales revenue.

Build value creation to strengthen relationships, protect against competitors, and foster account growth.

Administer service agreement contracts.

Develop professional education events tailored to each market.

Serve as a technical consultant to physicians during live cases.

Oversee implementation and account development of hospital capital‑equipment solutions.

Understand the roles of physicians, nurses, support staff, and hospital administrators in the sales process.

Develop and implement a data‑driven sales plan using planning tools and risk mitigation.

Optimize customer value through proactive issue identification and corrective action plans.

Meet regularly with hospital administrators and managers to review trends and explore opportunities.

Leverage education/orientation to support NeuWave platform adoption and increase sales revenue.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree.

At least 2 years of relevant medical‑device or B2B sales experience.

Preferred

Proven medical‑device sales track record with documented growth.

Strong history of sales performance, influence, and selling skills.

Capital equipment experience.

Market development or product launch experience.

Strong business acumen, including C‑suite customer experience.

Ability to travel 50%–60% of the time.
