Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs

Maintain detailed records and documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes
Implement evidence-based practices in therapy sessions and adjust strategies as necessary
Qualifications
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or certification appropriate for the state
Strong clinical skills in pediatric speech and language therapy
Experience working in school environments preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel to multiple school locations within the Asheville area
