We are an established HVAC service contractor seeking an experienced commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will operate company vehicles to travel to client sites and interact with clients as you inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC equipment and related components. We service a wide variety of clients in the commercial building, facilities, and industrial HVAC markets. Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance Troubleshooting Rooftop Units Chillers Cooling Towers Hot Water / Steam Boiler Packaged Air Conditioners Computer Room AC Equipment Control Systems / Building Automation Systems Air Handling / Fan Coil Units Condensers / Chilled Water Pumps Refrigerated Air Dryers Air Compressors Exhaust Fans Ice Machines Variable Frequency Drives Humidifiers Qualifications
Experience with the listed equipment and systems (as above) Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC equipment Comfort working with a field service team and interacting with clients What we offer
