Primary Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records, create financial reports and perform analysis using QuickBooks®.
Monitor and maintain inventory and fixed assets.
Ensure tax, insurance, and HR compliance.
Manage vendors, resources, and subcontractors.
Complete accounts payable and receivable activities, including collections.
Coordinate payroll, benefits, and other HR administrative support.
Perform technology setup, backups, protection, and tracking.
Gather and coordinate hardware and software requirements.
Position Requirements
3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Pro® (most recent versions) and Microsoft Office Suite.
2+ years of bookkeeping and collection experience.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Polite, confident, excellent customer‑service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Highly self‑motivated and goal‑oriented multi‑tasker.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary applications.
Successful completion of a background check subject to applicable law.
Hours
40 hours per week, flexible overtime, varying between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Pay Rate Competitive pay based on experience.
