Join Intuit as a seasonal tax professional, working remotely from home. We seek bilingual (English/Spanish) tax experts who hold an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential such as CPA, EA, or a practicing attorney.
Overview Intuit is looking for tax experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential, we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver correct answers to customers using everyday language.
Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities, and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
