What You Will Do Help customers complete their taxes using full service return preparation, tax calculations, and product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to delivering excellent customer service via video and audio tools.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
