We are working with a well-established Miami Beach condominium association seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Association Accountant to join the team on-site, full time.

What You’ll Do

Prepare monthly financial statements for a condominium association.

Complete bank reconciliations and balance sheet support schedules.

Perform variance analysis and provide clear financial explanations.

Review and process invoices with proper documentation and approvals.

Maintain prepaid, accrued expense, and insurance schedules.

Prepare and post journal entries, including year‑end entries as directed.

Work closely with property management and board members.

Support audits and special accounting projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in a condo or HOA environment (required).

Strong experience with full‑cycle association accounting and monthly close.

Solid Excel skills (reconciliations, schedules, analysis).

Clear, professional communication style.

Ability to work on‑site, full time at the property.
