We are in search of a hardworking, self‑motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full-time, year‑round opportunity to join Renewal by Andersen; the number one window manufacturer in the country.

Responsibilities

Developing and managing all processes related to the service and warranty department

Maintain strong communication with technicians and scheduling coordinators

Manage customer satisfaction

Other job duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

Minimum of 2‑5 years of hands‑on work experience in the window & door industry, or other closely related field

Previous supervisory experience in a home improvement‑oriented business is a plus!

Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe Acrobat

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive starting salary of $60,000‑$70,000
