We are seeking a
Corporate Recruiter
to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units, including
Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering . This contract role offers strong visibility within a global organization and the opportunity to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple business units
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines
Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, ATS, etc.)
Coordinate interviews and facilitate timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
Provide market insights, candidate recommendations, and hiring updates to hiring managers
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the applicant tracking system
Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience
Assist with offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding coordination as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or contract)
Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines such as IT, finance, supply chain, sales, marketing, or engineering
ADP System experience
Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and sense of urgency
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
