What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain and develop new documentation tools such as flow sheets, smart sets, treatment plans, and notes
Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions
Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize documentation
Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of six to eight years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience
Must be certified in Epic module(s) appropriate to area of responsibility as determined by leadership
Successful completion of Epic certification(s) required within 60 days of final training
Ability to operate with limited supervision and determine objectives of assignments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous Epic experience in the training, build, and/or support of the Epic systems electronic health record suite
Healthcare experience is desired
