Overview
STAND 8 Technology Consulting provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and globally. This Senior Business Analyst role supports an Information Technology Services Advisory team in a long-term consulting capacity. The position focuses on analyzing business processes, identifying operational improvements, and delivering data-driven insights that support organizational goals. The role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop requirements, evaluate procedures, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives. This position plays a critical role in improving efficiency and enabling informed decision-making across departments. Base pay range
$70.00/hr - $75.00/hr Note: The actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate departmental processes and procedures to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Conceptualize and propose cost-effective business solutions aligned with organizational goals and operational needs. Lead and manage recurring meetings to conduct assessments, observations, and process enhancements as required. Develop and document business requirements, presentations, reports, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making. Track timelines, deliverables, and expectations to ensure goals are met according to departmental schedules. Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing process optimizations. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and strategic objectives. Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience in education, government, or large enterprise environments is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective, practical solutions. Proven experience evaluating and improving business processes and operational procedures. Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions. Ability to develop clear, structured documentation and presentations. Ability to assist departments in making data-driven decisions through effective data analysis. Must provide one professional reference that is detailed and specifically describes experience as a Business Analyst. Preferred (Optional)
Experience supporting information technology advisory or enterprise services teams. Familiarity with large-scale organizational process improvement initiatives. Benefits
