This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with some flexibility to work from home. As an Admissions Representative, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about Parker University’s programs and services. This role involves consulting with prospective students, addressing inquiries, assisting with enrollment processes, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The Admissions Representative will work closely with other team members to meet enrollment goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including on‑campus and remote tasks.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in admissions, sales, or customer service is a plus.
