TEKsystems is currently hiring for document management specialists to support a financial services client in Fishers, IN. This role will support document control and accuracy for proper storage and shipment. Candidates with prior administrative and data entry experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Sort incoming mail.
Review documents for accuracy, update system with received information.
Scan images and process for automated indexing.
Sort and prepare documents for shipping.
Create and manage reports.
Filing and organizing stored documents.
Assist with special projects, as needed.
Qualifications
Administration experience.
Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Additional Details
Monday–Friday
8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Fully on‑site position

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fishers, IN.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $18.25 – $18.25 per hour.
