What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals
Develop and maintain financial models for cash forecasting and capital planning
Conduct benchmarking and variance reporting to identify trends and risks
Oversee budgeting processes and provide recommendations for process improvements
Present complex financial information and recommendations to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree or CPA preferred
CPA, CMA, or CFP certification preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
