Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Business Development position located in Virginia Beach, VA. The Sales Business Development role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new B2B business opportunities, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role requires coordination with internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum revenue growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Able to identify opportunities and see them from open to close
Familiarity in CRM, ERP software a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership and team management skills
Must be comfortable & confident when meeting new prospects
Happy, Energetic, Improvisational, Passionate, Persistent, Strategic
Experience in the wholesale/distribution/B2B industry is a plus, but not required.
