Job Overview RWJBarnabas Health is looking for a Full-Time Central Sterile Coordinator for our New Brunswick campus.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
CRCST Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician thru IAHCSMM or CBSPD
CIS Certified Instrument Specialist
At least 3 years of work‑related experience in a Sterile Processing Department
Preferred Qualifications
CHL Preferred
Certifications and Licenses Required
CRCST Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician thru IAHCSMM or CBSPD
CIS Certified Instrument Specialist
Scheduling Requirements
Days to work: Full‑Time Schedule
40 hours a week
Essential Functions
Coordinates and orders all supply needs of the department
Manages instrument repairs and coordinates with the manufacturer on returns and loaners as needed
Collaborates with the Peri‑op and CSP leadership teams to identify future instrument needs, additional instruments, and maintain consistent par levels of backups for daily operations
