Operations Specialist (Level III)

The Operations Specialist role will entail the review and manual repair of USD Wire Transfers in a non-call based environment. A high level attention to detail and pattern recognition is required in order to successfully implement a strict adherence to our processes and procedures. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of varied problems in the Global Payment Operations department.

Responsibilities

Administer defined procedures, conduct analysis, generate reports, and process exceptions.

Coordinate the implementation of operational solutions in our non-call based environment.

Assist in documenting, implementing, and monitoring new processes.

Provide guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical, and/or operational changes.

Maintain full working knowledge of the operations environment through experience in an operations environment and on-the-job training.
