Our client is a respected luxury design-build firm seeking a Business Development Manager to take ownership of front-end sales and relationship development. This role is ideal for someone who understands how high-end remodeling projects are actually sold and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping a growing sales function. This is not a transactional sales role. It is designed for professionals who know how to guide homeowners through complex decisions, build trust over time, and close alignment before construction begins. What you will do
Own inbound lead response and initial qualification Lead consultative discovery conversations with homeowners Sell pre-design and design agreements as the primary close Guide prospects through a structured, multi-step sales process Manage longer sales cycles common to luxury remodeling work Build relationships with designers, architects, and realtors Represent a premium brand with professionalism and confidence Who this role is best suited for
