What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage program data and conduct analysis for project and program delivery
Assist Program Manager with utility braiding and program metrics
Perform client and internal reporting with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
Train and oversee team members while driving process improvements
Communicate with customers regarding program rules via email and phone
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-6 years of experience in data management and customer service
Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to perform intermediate to advanced level functions
Ability to document customer interactions and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
Track record of excellent judgment and independent decision-making
Bachelor’s degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in an operations support role within energy efficiency or sustainability sectors
Familiarity with project management tools and strategies
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Experience in training and mentoring team members
Knowledge of utility programs and regulations
