What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage program data and conduct analysis to ensure effective project delivery
Assist the Program Manager with program utility braiding and metrics
Perform client and internal reporting with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
Train and oversee work quality, timelines, and process improvements with team members
Communicate with customers regarding program rules via email and phone
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-6 years of experience in data management and customer service
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficiency in Excel, capable of performing intermediate to advanced level functions
Ability to document customer interactions and ensure adherence to internal protocolsDemonstrated excellent judgment and independent decision-making skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in operations support or project management
Familiarity with energy efficiency programs and initiatives
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with reporting tools and data analysis software
