Intuit is seeking experienced Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries, contributing to our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver correct answers to customers using everyday language.
Engage with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum two years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with comprehensive tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes.
Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Expected Base Pay Range:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80/hour
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80/hour
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80/hour
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30/hour
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
New York: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30/hour
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80/hour
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50/hour
