Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. You will advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver accurate answers to customers in plain language. Act in a virtual, customer‑facing role using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records. Who You Are
Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience and a PTIN. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written and spoken. Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand. Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools professionally and confidently. What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Compensation
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong base pay for performance rewards approach. Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 New York: $28.80 – $36.50 Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 Washington D.C.: $28.80 – $36.50 Eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit plans. Pay is based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender for ongoing pay equity.
