Location: Mille Lacs Energy Cooperative
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do
Lead HR initiatives in recruitment, retention, training and career development
Oversee compensation, benefits, policy development and performance management
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and supervisors
Champion a culture of teamwork, safety and high performance
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressive HR management experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
PHR/SPHR certification and energy cooperative experience preferred
Seniority level Mid-Senior level
