Responsibilities
Develop and execute individualized care plans for each patient.
Provide personalized treatment, education on pain causes, mobility improvement, and injury prevention.
Deliver care plans with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on outcomes.
Collaborate with clinic operations, ancillary services, and the extended therapy team.
Maintain documentation using TOA’s EHR/EMR systems.
Achieve performance objectives in patient outcomes, satisfaction, and productivity.
Qualifications
Passion and proven ability to deliver exceptional therapy care.
Experience working with physicians, colleagues, and patients to create and deliver effective treatment plans.
Ability to treat a diverse patient population, including adults, athletes, adolescents, and geriatrics.
Teamwork skills – willing to support colleagues as needed.
Certification and licensure from the State of Tennessee, or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
