Play a pivotal role in creating and executing individualized patient care plans. Provide patients with personalized treatment plans and education on pain causes, mobility improvement, and injury prevention. Deliver patient care with empathy, professionalism, and a strong focus on outcomes. Collaborate with clinic operations, ancillary services, and the extended therapy team. Maintain documentation using TOA’s EHR/EMR systems. Strive to achieve individual and organizational performance objectives related to patient outcomes, satisfaction, and productivity. Requirements
Passion and proven success delivering exceptional therapy care. Experience collaborating with physicians, therapy colleagues, and patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Ability to work with diverse patient demographics: adults, athletes, adolescents, and geriatrics. Willingness to demonstrate teamwork, assisting other therapists and staff as needed. Certification and licensure in Tennessee; recent graduates may obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe. Seniority level
