DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
Experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent or Construction Superintendent with at least two completed high‑end residential construction projects $5 million and above.
Skilled in overseeing project plans, timelines, and financials, managing inspections, addressing issues, and ensuring safety compliance, preferably with a 30‑hour OSHA certification.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with owners, architects, and project team members to resolve issues and optimize project efficiency.
Experience with Procore is essential; other construction reporting software experience for reporting is a plus.
