The Senior Process Engineer will support the New Product Team by bringing new products into production. This role is heavily focused on
process validation
for products manufactured in-house and requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Working under the guidance of a Principal Engineer, this position serves as a key technical contributor within a large new product organization of approximately
90 team members . Responsibilities
Lead and support
process validation activities
for new product introductions Collaborate closely with the
New Product Team
and cross-functional stakeholders Define, develop, and optimize
process parameters
to ensure manufacturing readiness Ensure a smooth transition of products from development into manufacturing Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an
Engineering discipline
(required) Min. 3 years
of relevant engineering experience Strong hands-on background in
process validation
and
prototyping Medical device industry experience highly preferred
(candidates from other regulated or manufacturing industries will also be considered)
