Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineer to lead CNC programming, process optimization, and manufacturing execution for complex 5-axis and 6-axis machining operations. This role supports process development, validation, tooling and fixturing improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross‑functional teams, offshore partners, and customers. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam, Siemens NX, and NC code Support process development, DOE execution, and in‑process validation Review tooling, fixturing, setups, and cycle times for efficiency improvements Implement CNC operational updates, Kaizen, and Lean initiatives Coordinate with client engineering teams and offshore SMEs Support new work feasibility, integration, and manufacturing readiness Ensure compliance with AIAG and ISO 9001 standards Required Skills & Qualifications:
BS in Engineering or equivalent experience 5 7 years of CNC manufacturing or machining experience Hands‑on experience with HAAS, DMG, and Mazak CNC machines Strong programming experience in Mastercam, Siemens NX (Unigraphics), TopSolid CAD/CREO/Pro‑E proficiency Knowledge of automotive manufacturing standards Six Sigma Green Belt preferred Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
