Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) – Remote – Spanish Speaking
Brave Health is seeking a full‑time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC‑D) to deliver outpatient telehealth services to a diverse, multilingual population. The role is 100% remote and will support patients across the lifespan.

Job Description You will provide evidence‑based outpatient therapy through our telehealth platform, diagnose and treat mental health and substance abuse concerns, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a team of clinicians.

Monday – Friday schedule; no weekends (shift options include 9 am‑6 pm, 10 am‑7 pm, or 11 am‑8 pm EST)

Requirements
Master’s level degree and current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC‑D) or equivalent
Diagnostic privileges (or eligibility to obtain them) with at least 2,000 hours of supervised, direct client contact, including diagnosis, psychotherapy, and development of assessment‑based treatment plans
Eligibility to work in the United States
Dedicated home workspace with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
Fluency in English; fluency in Spanish preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Meets background and regulatory requirements
Skills
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
Experience with treatment planning and comprehensive assessments
Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Ability to partner with clients to achieve therapeutic goals

Compensation Range: $80,000 – $89,000 annually.
