Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Remote

We are looking for full‑time Associate Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program.
Benefits:
W2, Full-time
Free qualified supervision (must meet qualifications)
Monday – Friday schedule; no weekends. Shift options include 9 am – 6 pm or 10 am – 7 pm CT
Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, liability insurance and an annual stipend for growth & education opportunities
Additional compensation offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish)
We partner with commercial health plans, are licensed Medicaid and Medicare providers, and see patients across the lifespan
Requirements:
Master's level degree and licensure
Eligibility to work in the United States
Work‑from‑home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
Must meet background and regulatory requirements
Skills:
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning experience
Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
Ability to use comprehensive assessments
