What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Guide customers through their onboarding journey, including integration mapping and clinician training
Provide rapid and compassionate communication to resolve issues raised by sleep techs or physicians
Investigate and document the root causes of technical problems and implement solutions
Meet with clinician end-users to gather feedback and adjust software configurations accordingly
Advise sleep lab staff on best practice workflows for efficiency and accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
1-5 years of experience in customer support or technical problem‑solving roles
3+ years in a healthcare or healthcare‑adjacent position
Experience in programming, with coursework or professional experience in software development
Ability to translate technical feedback from non‑technical users into actionable changes
Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the calendar year
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project management experience, PMP certification is a bonus
Experience in healthcare SaaS environments
Familiarity with Python programming
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric mindset
