Overview
Our client is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for internal teams and external customers. This role works closely with training academies, field sales teams, and cross‑functional departments to ensure training sessions run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including registrations, scheduling, travel, lodging, meals, and materials
Serve as a point of contact for trainers, internal teams, and training participants
Provide administrative and operational support to in‑house training academies and field‑based training teams
Maintain training records, attendance logs, and related reports
Distribute training materials, certificates, and post‑training follow‑up documentation
Assist with training‑related communications, surveys, and feedback collection
Partner with internal departments such as Sales and Marketing on training support and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve logistical or scheduling issues
Provide backup support to other Training Coordinators and assist with cross‑training as needed
Support additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
2–4 years of administrative, coordination, or training support experience
Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer‑service oriented with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting training programs, events, or learning initiatives
Exposure to sales, marketing, or field‑based training environments
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
