The Keller Group is seeking a

Human Resources Generalist

that is bilingual in English/Spanish for a stable and growing company based in Phoenix. The HR Generalist will lead and manage all aspects of human resources for the organization. This is a highly impactful, hands-on role that touches every part of the employee experience including benefits, compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance and FMLA/LOA. Key Responsibilities

Apply a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices across all areas of human resources including EEO compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and FMLA/LOA. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including EEO regulations and related reporting requirements. Manage employee relations matters by providing guidance, resolving issues, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Support compensation and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, equity, and adherence to organizational policies. Oversee talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent. Administer FMLA and other leave-of-absence programs, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and legal compliance. Partner with leadership to advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational goals. Qualifications

3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or specialist capacity. College Degree preferred. UKG/Kronos experience is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and highly proficient in Excel. Complex and professional writing skills. Willingness and ability to learn new tasks and processes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet short deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Seniority level
