Position:
Assistant City Engineer
Pay:
$98,880- $115,000
Schedule:
8am- 5pm, hours may vary
Location:
Fort Wayne, IN
What You'll Do:
Coordinate, review, and provide solutions for engineering projects.
Conduct engineering analysis, design, and construction for municipal projects
Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation using GIS and Auto-CADD
Collaborate with city departments, contractors, and external agencies including INDOT
Lead, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality project delivery
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
8-10 years progressively responsible experience in engineering and engineering administration
Indiana Professional Engineer's License. Non-Indiana PE's need to obtain Indiana licensure within 6 months of employment.
