The Senior Commercial Account Manager oversees complex commercial insurance accounts and provides strategic risk management solutions to clients. The Senior Commercial Account Manager will manage high-value relationships, drive client retention, and collaborate closely with Producers and executive leadership to develop and implement tailored insurance programs. This position requires deep industry knowledge, strong negotiation skills, problem solving abilities, and the ability to manage a diverse book of business while delivering exceptional customer service.
